Speaker's Bureau
Membership Registration Form
Representatives of nonprofit and professional advisor Partners are eligible for membership in the LEAVE A LEGACY™ Iowa Speaker’s Bureau. Candidates who complete the training become certified LAL speakers. Interested candidates must complete a membership registration form. Requests for LAL Iowa presentations are coordinated through the regional and statewide offices.

Statement of Ethical Principles
Members of the LEAVE A LEGACY™ Iowa Speaker’s Bureau are required to sign a statement of ethical principles. The purpose of the statement is to clarify the member’s role, responsibilities, and expectations, as well as the policies and procedures of the statewide bureau. The statement is intended to ensure consistency of the message, credibility and integrity of the organization, clarity of mission and purpose, as well as orderly administration and coordination.

Speaker Request Form
If you are interested in learning more about LAL Iowa and promoting the program’s cause, you may consider scheduling a certified LAL Iowa speaker for your organization.

Speaker Report Form
Immediately following a speaking engagement, the Speaker’s Bureau member should complete the speaker report form. Among other things, this form identifies the type of group to whom the presentation was given, the number of participants, suggestions, and referrals.
