We invite you to lend your personal support by joining our list of endorsers to signify your support and commitment to the program. Your personal endorsement will help us fulfill our mission - to preserve and improve the quality of life in our communities sustained by the people, programs, and services of charitable nonprofit organizations.

Simply complete and send us your individual endorsement form via email, fax or mail to the LEAVE A LEGACY™ Iowa headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

Those who endorse the program will have the option to be listed on the Web site by name and/or title, organization, address, city/state/zip.

Your individual support for LEAVE A LEGACY™ Iowa is welcome; however, we encourage the general public to first support local charitable nonprofit organizations throughout the state of Iowa and bordering communities.
